The New Thing

I've been a serial early adopter.

Traditionally a new product drops and I immediately sign up, claim my name, start finding my people.

Between Reddit and twitter "dying" there's a bunch of places that want my data and attention now.

I'm tired.

I kinda want to just post to my little site, get a nice email from y'all once in a while… enjoy a quiet little internet.

… but the UX nerd in me wants to snoop.

I do hope that the scuttlebutt is true and the New Things will support fediverse protocols. I think that can only be good.
