Scaling Yourself: Scott Hanselman

The less you do, the more of it you can do.
I think about this talk every day. It transformed how I work. Mr. Hanselman inspired me to write thoughtfully instead of sharing mindlessly1. It's a twenty minute primer on the core aspects of focus that evolved my youthful interest in "lifehacks" into an ongoing study on living effectively.
I was first exposed to this by Anthony Crumley, one of his many thoughtful gifts.
